If you are a hemophilia A or von Willebrand disease patient experiencing financial hardship, a loss of insurance coverage, or difficulty obtaining coverage for your prescribed Octapharma therapy, the Octapharma Patient Assistance Program may be able to help. The program may provide eligible patients with temporary access to Octapharma factor therapy at no cost. Assistance is subject to program requirements, availability, and approval.
Please ask your physician to apply on your behalf by contacting the Factor My Way Support Center. A Support Center representative can provide information about the application process, eligibility requirements, and any documentation that may be needed.
You may be eligible for the Patient Assistance Program if you do not have the financial means to obtain the Octapharma therapy you need. This may include individuals who do not have insurance, have lost insurance coverage, or are experiencing a delay in coverage.
Eligibility is determined on an individual basis, and additional requirements may apply.
The Patient Assistance Program covers only those requests that comply with FDA‐approved indications for Octapharma factor therapies. It does not provide Octapharma factor therapies for investigational, early access, or expanded uses.
The Patient Assistance Program is limited to a defined period. If you continue therapy after assistance ends, you may be responsible for any applicable cost-sharing amounts.
Eligibility for this program begins at the time of approval and continues for a time period determined by Octapharma.
